The Honey Locust tree is indeed a formidable tree. Rugged bark and countless long and sharp thorns everywhere on its trunk, limbs and branches. Most that I have run into are usually covered with thick vines of ivy. Despite its lethal look and characteristics, birds freely fly through its branches and perch amid the thorns. What can we learn from the Honey Locust tree and the birds? 🦊❤️
